Why is it that the best time of the year for riding also seems to be the shortest time of the year? Fall weather is fantastic for riding in every part of the country. Especially here in New England as the leaves are changing, the scenery is breathtaking. I have been busy myself getting out on the bike and enjoying every opportunity i get to ride. Even though it doesn't stop me from riding, the cold Winter chill will be here soon. Every day you waste sitting in front of the TV watching sports you will never get back. Hell that's what they invented DVRs for Christ sake!
Some caution is needed when the leaves start to fall. Wet leaves can be as slippery as ice. Be careful first thing in the morning or if you get caught in the rain. Now get off the couch and get out there and enjoy yourself! Don't make me call you a wuss.
