Happy Wednesday

I'm sitting here having my lunch and enjoying a great cup of coffee. Yep, today the weather is BEAUTIFUL! It feels more like mid Summer without the humidity. There is no excuse for you not to be riding your bike today. Take it to work, run that errand on it or just hop on it and ride down to your local dealer later and shoot the shit a few minutes...oh and while your there, buy something will ya!

Dealerships are closing up left and right here in New England. We need YOUR help. Hey how many times have we helped YOU? Yeah i know some dealers have been pricks, but most of those are long gone now. The rest of us are struggling to survive and need local bikers, racers and enthusiasts to do the right thing and support the local dealers. We are all in this together folks.

Enough preaching for now because today is to beautiful to get my blood pressure up. Last weekend me and Mrs Crusty did an old school Poker Run and had a blast. I like riding with my own small circle of friends. I don't like big group runs. I have done to many of them and seen enough crashes and near misses to last a life time. I'll do one if the cause is good, but i still don't like them much.

Have i become antisocial? Maybe or maybe I'm just tired. I was thinking about riding down to Cape Cod this weekend. If you know Cape Cod, you know that there are only two ways on and off the cape. In Summer its a traffic nightmare, but off season its a beautiful place. It's made even more beautiful by the fact that nobody is there, except the locals ,in the Fall and Winter! So who knows, that maybe my weekend destination on the bikes this weekend.

I watched Sons Of Anarchy last night with Mrs. Crusty. Normally I'm not much of a TV person except for old movies and the History channel. Its nice to have something special to share with my wife and if its going to be a TV show, it might as well be one about a motorcycle club. I have said it before and again last night i thought the writing of that show sucks. Last year was ok, this year has started out lame. If it was not about a motorcycle club, i would have lost interest already and switched back to watching WWII documentaries on the History Channel.
